Cashew
We source our cashew nuts from an innovative cooperative of small-scale farmers working on farmland in Burkina Faso. Our cashew-based yoghurts are made from high-quality nuts harvested under fair conditions that are prized for their balanced flavour.
Sourced from Sri Lanka, our coconuts are grown within a sustainable local system of cultivation. The coconuts are harvested when ripe to guarantee that the milk inside – which we use in our creamy coconut-based yoghurts – retains its intense flavour.
Our FairTrade mangos grow on small plantations in the green northwest of Peru. Embedded there between the Andes and the Pacific Ocean, they have ideal conditions to ripen naturally and finally find their way into our coconut an oat alternatives.
Our vanilla comes from Papua New Guinea. The thin vanilla pods are harvested by hand from the climbing orchid, after which they are processed and dried. These steps give the vanilla its intense, full-bodied, aromatic flavour.
Grown mainly along the Calabria coast in Italy, we use this fragrant citrus fruit for its aromatic oil. The Mediterranean sun helps to give bergamot its signature taste.
